Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Seeds Ministry to explain the rules for using Seeds ("the app"). It is app-owned content and may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Seeds, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Changes to the terms
Seeds Ministry may update these terms at any time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
3. User accounts
You may use Seeds with or without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please do not use the account features.
4. User content
You may share testimonies, prayer requests, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Seeds Ministry a limited license to display, store, and moderate it as needed to operate the app.
You are solely responsible for what you post. Please share honestly, kindly, and in a way that honors the purpose of Seeds.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Seeds to:
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
- post content that is hateful, obscene, violent, or illegal;
- spam, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity;
- share personal information about others without their consent;
- attempt to disrupt the app or access it in unauthorized ways.
6. Content moderation
Seeds Ministry may review, edit, remove, or refuse to publish content that violates these terms or that we believe is harmful, off-topic, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the app at any time if you violate these terms or for any other operational reason. You may also stop using the app at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Seeds is provided "as is" for faith-sharing and encouragement. We do our best to keep the app safe and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Content shared by users reflects their own experiences and does not necessarily represent the views of Seeds Ministry.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
