This page is maintained by Seeds Ministry to describe how Seeds ("the app") collects, uses, and protects personal information. It is app-owned content and may be updated as practices change.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the app and serve our community:

  • Account information: email address, password, and optional display name when you sign up.
  • Content you share: testimonies, prayer requests, cover images, and optional Bible verses.
  • Activity data: likes, bookmarks, and prayer counts for testimonies and prayer requests.
  • Technical data: browser type, device information, and IP address through standard server logs.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • create and secure your account;
  • display the content you choose to share;
  • count prayers, likes, and bookmarks to encourage others;
  • improve app stability and fix issues;
  • communicate with you about your account or content when needed.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • Publicly: testimonies and prayer requests you post are visible to other users according to the choices you make when sharing (for example, anonymous posts do not show your name).
  • With service providers: we use trusted hosting and authentication services to run the app. They only process data on our behalf and under strict confidentiality.
  • When required: we may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, protect safety, or respond to legal requests.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use small cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your content, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, unless we need to keep it for legal or security reasons.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can update your display name or sign out from your profile. For other requests, including account deletion, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's privacy

Seeds is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and industry-standard authentication. No online service is completely secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login details private.

9. Changes to this policy

Seeds Ministry may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
